I’ve spent my career operating and transforming technology businesses. I’ve built teams and launched products, scaled professional services, improved operating processes, driven growth, and worked with executives to turn complicated technology and business challenges into clear strategies and plans organizations can actually execute.

Today, I partner with founders, leadership teams, and investors on strategy and operations, business transformation, go-to-market, and growth. My work often sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: defining operating models, aligning teams around priorities, improving processes and customer journeys, and building the systems and accountability needed to scale.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led product, software, professional services, and business operations across startups, technology companies, and Fortune 500 organizations. At Tanooki Labs, I helped grow a technology consulting and product development firm from 6 to 30+ people and supported the launch of 100+ products and companies. I led strategy, operations, client and product management, business development, and team building while helping drive significant revenue growth and improvements in profitability.

Earlier in my career, I was part of GE’s Digital Technology Leadership Program, where I built a foundation in project management, business intelligence, Lean Six Sigma, finance, application development, and enterprise technology. That experience shaped how I approach complex problems today: understand the business, understand the technology, bring the right people together, and turn ambiguity into a clear path forward.

My work spans strategy and operations, business transformation, portfolio company support, GTM strategy, professional services, integrations and migrations, customer lifecycle improvement, and growth initiatives. Whether I’m helping a leadership team improve how the business operates, shaping a new growth strategy, or helping an organization navigate a complex technology initiative, my focus is the same: turn strategy into execution and build the operational foundation for sustainable growth.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, golfing, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
